Come to The Hermitage for a special lantern-lit tour as your guide takes you on a ghostly 90-minute tour of The Hermitage Mansion, Rachel and Andrew’s tomb, and the First Hermitage cabin. This private event is open to only 20 people at a time, as you get a uniquely spooky look at the home of President Andrew Jackson.  Topics discussed are the ghostly events of the Battle of New Orleans, Andrew Jackson, the Bell Witch as well as a full tour of the Mansion.  Be prepared for an eerie encounter……or perhaps a visit from The President himself....

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time, check-in at the breezeway of the Andrew Jackson Visitor Center. 

Please come prepared for inclement weather.  This is an outdoor tour and there will not be rescheduled dates for these tours.  Reservations and tickets are valid only on the date specified. There will be no refunds unless the tour is canceled by The Hermitage.

Thanks to efforts of this nonprofit organization, the mansion is the most accurately preserved early presidential home in the country.
